The Pararoos is Australia’s national football team for men with cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury or symptoms acquired from stroke. These young men know the challenges of living with a disability, but as footballers, are determined to change the game.
In 2015, the Ottomin Foundation commenced its support of the Pararoos after the Australian Sports Commission withdrew all government funding. Since then, and in connection with the Australian Sports Foundation, the Foundation has provided annual support, funding team development and contributing to successive World Cup tournament campaigns.
